After entertaining the viewers with a new and unique concept in his last critically-acclaimed production, ' Vicky Donor ', the enigmatic John Abraham is all set to produce his next endevour, 'Banana'! With the political-thriller ' Madras Cafe ', the young producer spotlighted on a sensitive issue of separatism war. The actor-turned-producer John is optimistic about his next, 'Banana', as it will enliven the viewers' memories from their teenage.
John tags 'Banana' as a slice-of-life film, which highlights the tender journey of a person since adolescence to teenage. He denoted that this chronicle will speak about a tale of a young boy and the way he deals with the adventurous path of his life. John also added that the film exudes realism, as it illustrates the real life incidents that can happen to anyone. He believes that this flick will successfully delight the audience of all age groups. This project holds a special significance for the actor and is very close to his heart.
Imtiaz Ali 's younger brother Sajid Ali will be directing 'Banana'. The camera will start rolling for this flick from October and will feature new faces as the starcast. Hope this 'Banana' will taste sweet to the viewers!
