John Abraham, who is playing the role of gangster Manya Surve in the movie 'Shootout At Wadala' of Sanjay Gupta would have lost his life while shooting a scene. Actually there was a scene in this film in which his co-star Anil Kapoor had to shoot him with blank bullet.
But when Anil Kapoor fired at him, using a handgun, due to some technical goof up, the bullet fired from his gun shot forward with high velocity which was not expected and eventually the bullet grazed John's neck.
If the bullet would have hit his neck, it would have killed him.
This film is based on real story and Anil Kapoor plays the role of Isaque Bagwan, as an encounter cop!
John has also confirmed this news and has said that if the bullet would have hit him in the neck instead of grazing past it, his life would have certainly ended. He also said that his neck had got injured where the bullet had brushed past him. It has also left a burn mark on his neck.
