Kalki Koechlin ventures into web series
Dev D actress Kalki Koechlin is shooting for her first web series Smoke in Goa.

Actress Kalki Koechlin is an outshine name of off-beat cinema with films like Dev D, Margrita with Straw on her credits. She has applied her acting skills on stage as well with play – The Living Room. And, now she finally attempts her first web-series – Smoke.
Smoke is based on Goan mafia and politics of drugs, where Kalki is playing a Portugese-Goan DJ. She is presently shooting for it in Goa. She is excited about this venture since, it indulges her in late-night shoots and especially in those places where it’s not even easy to put up the camera.
On the filmy front, Kalki’s new film Mantra, directed by Nicholas Kharkongor is ready to release this year.
