Kangana Ranaut, Irrfan Khan in 'Divine Lovers'

The director Sai Kabir gained rave reviews for his venture 'Revolver Rani' featuring Kangana Ranaut in the lead. And once again, the director will work with Kangana. Sai Kabir has roped in Kangana Ranaut and Irrfan Khan for his upcoming Indo-French project 'Divine Lovers'. Recently, the French Film Commission (FFC) gave a green signal to the project, although the script of 'Divine Lovers' was pitched by the director Kabir earlier.

The French connection of the film took a further step, as the director Kabir has been mentored by the Chief Operating Officer of the commission, Franck Priot. Apparently, Priot has even assisted Kabir in searching for the co-producer of the film and it will be co-produced by Leonard Glowinski. The movies like 'Alexander' and 'Unknown' are the co-production venture of Glowinski.

Revolving around the theme of "India Shining" myth and its false promises of hope, the film 'Divine Lovers' is a love tale. The film is expected to be shot extensively in Mumbai, Bhopal and Aligarh. The co-production work of the flick will be done in France, reportedly. 'Divine Lovers' will see Kangana and Irrfan in their de-glam avatars.
