Actress Kangana Ranaut underwent rigorous physical training to play the role of Dattu in her upcoming film 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns'.

The trailer of Kangana Ranaut and R. Madhavan starrer ' Tanu Weds Manu Returns ' has garnered praises and appreciations from the audiences, critics and even from industry insiders. Both the actors are currently busy promoting the film. The latest update around the movie is that Ranaut underwent rigorous physical training to play the role of Dattu in her upcoming film.
The actress used to train for 3-4 hours daily for weeks in order to ensure she gets the athletic know how. She also visited Delhi University several times in disguise to observe the girls go about their daily routine. The renowned athlete Sunita Rai who represented India in triple jump was specially assigned the work to train Kangana.
