'Krrish 3' breaths relief in legal battle, comes out clean

Earlier we reported about Hrithik Roshan 's much awaited superhero saga, ' Krrish 3 ' to be surrounded by dark legal clouds. Well, now the dawn has basked out of the shady negative publicity.
Recently, a writer from MP, Uday Singh Rajput claimed to be the writer of the original script of ' Krrish 3 '. Uday reportedly quoted that he registered the script with the Film Writers Association long ago and later handed it over to Rakesh Roshan with a title 'Krrish 2'. However, later the writer alleged Roshan to have cheated with him , releasing the same scripted merely with another title. He further filed a petition in court demanding a stay on ' Krrish 3 's release and claimed the makers to pay a whooping 2 crores alimony on the same.
Nevertheless, the case yesterday came on board for judgment. Not disclosing much of the details, one of the sources stated that the honorary court has dismissed the petition filed by Rajput and refused the stay on the flick. Accordingly, the court declared Uday to be incorrect, dishonest and disrupted him of any reliefs that was to be granted.
Well, now the exact basis on which the judgment came out remains a deep secret. The only thing that comes out positive is that, the viewers won't be missing their superhero this Diwali, for sure!
' Krrish 3 ' also starring Priyanka Chopra , Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut is slated to release on 1st of November,2013.
