'Krrish 3' witnesses overwhelming opening!

This Friday opened the doors for the festive season at the box office, as the much-hyped ' Krrish 3 ' knocked at the ticket window early in the morning. Hrithik Roshan , Priyanka Chopra starrer started to ring in the cash registers on November 1.

Well-equipped with superior visual effects, the Rakesh Roshan directorial started with a positive note and gradually, the numbers began to increase. The blue-eyed Hrithik Roshan as a superhero and extravagant stunts formed the USP of the flick. ' Krrish 3 ' is the third sequel of the franchise, 'Koi... Mil Gaya' being the first installment of the series and 'Krrish' being the second one. What makes ' Krrish 3 ' stand out from the crowd is Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi stepping in the shoes of antagonists with wicked look.

COO of PVR Pictures, Deepak Sharma stated that the movie bagged a great opening and it's on the way of becoming a blockbuster. The advance booking showed great response as ' Chennai Express ' across the nation and during holiday season, the film is expected to do a great business, added Sharma. He also said that once holiday starts, the tickets can be in the range of Rs. 200.

Made out of Rs. 100 to Rs. 150 crore budget, ' Krrish 3 ' is released in around 3500 screens on Friday, claimed a source. The makers shelled out Rs. 26 crore for VFX for the flick and the work is done by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. As narrated by the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film commenced with an overwhelming response in the morning shows.
