'Madras Cafe' treasured by political biggies

As the movie crawls nearer to its release date, John Abraham , Nargis Fakhri starrer ' Madras Cafe ' is filling the air with a bundle of excitement and obviously the same is the feeling in the minds of the filmmakers. And to add up in that existing excitement, the political thriller ' Madras Cafe ' had bagged a pool of praises from the political personas, reportedly.

Recently, some political biggies from Delhi watched the movie during its special screening. They got so much overwhelmed by the movie that they even conveyed their grand liking with the use of a famous micro-blogging site.

Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Shashi Tharoor wrote that moving to see ' Madras Cafe ' on Rajiv Gandhi's birthday. Tharoor appreciated the movie by saying it is a fast-paced film with the strong second half. He also praised John Abraham 's acting in it by mentioning it as outstanding. The Minister also expressed his kudos to the direction.

Bengali author and Ananda Purashkar award winner, Taslima Nasreen showered praises on the director Shoojit Sircar by tagging him as one of the best directors in India for arriving with such a wonderful film. She admitted of not watching Bollywood films, as she thinks they are cheap musicals, but if Shoojit Sircar continues making such movies, then she will certainly watch.

Member of Parliament, Deepender Hooda penned down that "Just saw the movie #MadrasCafe. Though, I'm not in the business of critiquing movies, I highly recommend this one! Gripping & realistic!"
