New sufi-romantic ballad, Lag Ja Gale, from Bhoomi is simply splendid!

With the trailer release of one of the most anticipated action dramas of the year, Bhoomi , makers made a solid impression on audience’s mind of how gritty the film is, which also reflected from the applaud it received thereafter. And now lighten and brighten the already glorified gritty tone of the film, T-series released its first song, Lag Ja Gale, which might make you think it would be just another remix of old but timeless classic sung by Lata Mangeshkar , but it is a totally different track, and you should give it a try!

The song and the visual of Lag Ja Gale emphasis on the love story in the otherwise hard-hitting crime thriller drama, which is much needed for the audience to not perceive this film as one with only dark and gray shades. The song itself has earthy Sufi tone simmered with the acoustic highlight in the background. The overall feel of the song is made to make you feel happy and enchanted in love and the journey of falling in love.

And no need to mention the soulfulness and the feeling of divinity one could get from the vocals of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan that elevates the visual element of the video. Special appreciation for the lyrics by Priya Saraiya , who penned down such a lovely lyrics and it is new kind of songs from the composer duo Sachin - Jigar , who does surprise most of the time they’ve given opportunity.

The film Bhoomi is also co-produced by Omung Kumar in association with T-Series. And the other cast members including Sanjay Dutt , Aditi Rao Hydari , Sidhant Gupta , Shekhar Suman , Vibha Chibber . The film is set to be released on September 22nd in the theatre near you.
