The gossip lanes are always full when it comes to Sanjay Leela Bhansali 's forthcoming aristocratic venture ' Bajirao Mastani '. The filmmaker Bhansali wanted to make a film on this subject since past 15 years. The movie will narrate the epic tale revolving around the lives of Peshwa Bajirao and his love Mastani, as the name of the film suggests.
In the meanwhile, multiple A-list stars names were making rounds to play the lead roles in this epic-drama. For examples, Salman Khan was supposed to play Bajirao, then arrived the names of Hrithik Roshan , Shah Rukh Khan , Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh . On the other hand, the actresses, who were being considered to play Mastani's role, were Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone . And now, the latest buzz from the grapevine chirped that Priyanka Chopra may play the role of Kashibai, Peshwa Bajirao's first wife in the film.
