Ranbir Kapoor Quits Smoking Due To 'Barfi!' Bet!
It might sound strange but it is true that due to the success of ‘Barfi!’ Ranbir Kapoor has decided to quit smoking.

It might sound strange but it is true that due to the success of ' Barfi! ' Ranbir Kapoor has decided to quit smoking. There was news earlier that he had been fined for smoking in public while he was shooting his next movie ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani '. But, after the success of ' Barfi! ' he has decided to quit smoking.
According to sources, when Anurag Basu was shooting ' Barfi! ' he used to suggest Ranbir to quit smoking but he didn't listen to him. Thereafter they had a bet that if their movie ' Barfi! ' would cross INR 75 Crores, Ranbir would quit smoking. And now, since the box office collections of ' Barfi! ' have crossed INR 75 Crores, Ranbir has kept his word and has quit smoking.
It is also reported that ' Barfi! ' boy Ranbir has also messaged his director that he has kicked the butt.
