Ranbir Kapoor Turned Down a role for Shoojit Sircar’ Next!
Reportedly, the Jagga Jasoos star also kept Shoojit Sircar on hold for a month before refusing to work!

Despite average box office success of his last film Jagga Jasoos , Ranbir Kapoor was still high on hopeful about his upcoming film projects. Some time ago, Ranbir was in news for being cast in upcoming Shoojit Sircar ’ film, based on the game of football! And now as per the latest updates, Ranbir Kapoor turned down the offer for the film, without sighting any reason and further in the story, Shoojit Sircar was upset for keeping him on hold for a month waiting to tell any response.
Apparently, Shoojit was keen to sign Ranbir for a film but Ranbir didn’t much care for the idea. He left Shoojit’ office in a miff and even had a minor argument with the paparazzi around below Shoojit’ office! But Shoojit covered his side saying there was no talk of any film when Ranbir visited his office on Tuesday. And they spoke about just football as a match coming up!

Whether he said yes for the film or not, it would have been interesting if Ranbir Kapoor would have taken on such athletic role as his love for the football, Indian Super League and his association with Mumbai City FC is well known in his fan. Though Ranbir is busy with Sanjay Dutt’ biography, which is touted to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year and soon he’ll start shooting for Dragon along with Alia Bhatt from October! While Shoojit Sircar will be teaming up with Varun Dhawan on their upcoming film titled October !
