Raveena Tandon turns Jazz singer in 'Bombay Velvet'

Radiant beauty, Raveena Tandon is all geared for her come back in Bollywood, by essaying the role of a Jazz singer in Anurag Kashyap\'s \'Bombay Velvet\'.

You have seen her in enticing avatar in the song "Tu Chiz Badi Hai Mast Mast" of ' Mohra ' and now this Mast, Mast girl, Raveena Tandon is up to charm you by getting in the voice of a Jazz singer in Anurag Kashyap 's upcoming flick ' Bombay Velvet '.

Though Raveena had her initial reservations, the makers managed to get a nod from her to portray the role of a Jazz singer. The leading lady of the film, Anushka Sharma will also pitch high to be a Jazz singer in the movie. Music director Amit Trivedi has started his work on soundtracks to make it reflect 1960's Jazz era of Bollywood.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap , ' Bombay Velvet ' is the period film, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor , Naseeruddin Shah , Kay Kay Menon and Karan Johar , who will mark his acting debut in an antagonist role.

Ready for her second-innings in Bollywood, Raveena Tandon will also be seen in 'Shobhana's Seven Nights', where she will foray the role of a socialite, who has an affair with a younger man.
