Prachi Desai feels that education and upbringing can play a crucial role in lessening the crime rate related to rape in our country. She commented on Delhi Rape Case. Also she opined that instead of women men should be kept locked at home after nine until they swear to improve themselves. She also suggested that the more the restrictions, the more we get curious to do the thing. The actress was stunned to know that the rapists did the crime even after knowing the consequences. How one can be so cruel and inhuman she wondered. Stressing the need for education she said that I don't think that a well educated person will indulge in something like that. Everyone in our country should be rightly educated. The way girls are perceived when they go out on the streets in India and abroad have a big difference, Prachi conclude.
