Rock On 2 re-shot two weeks prior to its official release

Produced by Eros International and Excel Entertainment, the upcoming musical flick Rock On 2 is all set to spread its magic once again on November 11. This first rock concert drama of India has arrived with an interesting news update.

Some portions of Rock On 2 were re-shot to 'enhance' the project. As revealed by a close source "When Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani sat down with director Shujaat Saudagar for the film’s editing, they all felt that the film would be far more riveting and tightly-assembled if some portions were re-shot. They all agreed on approximately ten days of re-shooting,"

The content of this re-shoot has been kept a secret and the makers have filmed a live performance by the entire lead star cast. Many movies are re-shot for various reasons but shooting a film when it's so close to its release, is the first case with this musical drama.
