Salman Khan to portray a social crusader in 'Jai Ho'

Salman Khan has been in the limelight for a long time now, from his break-up to his television extravaganza and buzz related to his future projects. Well now that the heat was assumed to cool a bit, the actor has raised the flames high, heating up the atmosphere by disclosing some inner facts of his upcoming flick ' Jai Ho '.

The film which was initially titled 'Mental' went on to become a word of mouth right from the pairing of Salman with Tabu to the collaboration of the Khan brothers Salman Khan and Sohail Khan . Though the titled seemed pretty interesting, the makers disagreed to release it with the same and opted for ' Jai Ho ', to be suiting the par.

Stating his view on the above, the director Sohail Khan stated that ' Jai Ho ' has been a confirmed title now, as of 'Mental' always remained a tentative one. 'Mental' was initially suggested by Salman himself, but ' Jai Ho ' has been named by his father Salim Khan and he thinks it does justice with the venture.

Sohail further disclosed that, finally now the title is confirmed and they are now all set to release the treat on the 24th of January supporting the 'Republic Day' occasion. The patriotic occasion required the title to be more patient and patriotic thus, the changes occurred. Similarly Salman's character of a social crusader in the film deals with eliminating the corruption, eventually drapes the film to be socially relevant.

Now that all hurdles are passed brilliantly by this "Khandaan", the masses are eagerly waiting to see their favourite fierce star portray a social adviser, queueing up their reservations much before the film comes out for allurement.
