Sanjay Dutt wants to delay the release date of Bhoomi. Know Why?

Sanjay Dutt is all set to make his comeback on silver screen with Bhoomi. However, now he wants to delay its release date.

Reportedly, Bhoomi is clashing with Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar at the box-office. Both the films are announced to hit the theaters on August 4, 2017. To avoid this box-office war, earlier seen in the case of Kaabil and Raees this year, Sanjay has found a way out. He has requested his producers to push the release date of Bhoomi by a week.

As mentioned in a leading tabloid, “I know the kind of hard work and efforts that goes into the making of a film. I believe, after all the work being put in, it can’t be reduced to a clash at the box-office. Aamir is a dear friend and I wouldn’t want my comeback film to be pitted against his. In this industry we should all make an effort to help each other,” said Sanjay.

The actor has a point to make and his plea is likely to get answered. Till then, we will wait for the official announcement of its revised release date.
