Sanjay Leela Bhansali Composed The Tune 'Deewani Mastani' 12 years Back!
Film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali stated that the tune of 'Deewani Mastani' stayed with him for 12 years.
The eminent filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is soon arriving with his dream project 'Bajirao Mastani'. This period-drama features the powerful star cast - Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. The film maker has left no stone unturned in the making the film a grand affair. Recently, the makers released the song 'Deewani Mastani', which also unleashes Deepika's look in the period drama.
The song is a tribute to the immortal dance number 'Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya' in K. Asif's Mughal-E-Azam. Bhansali has himself composed the song and is anxious and confident that the number will have its desired effect. In a recent media interaction SLB stated that the tune stayed with him for 12 years. It has been playing over and over again in his mind, he added. And now, to finally see it come to life on screen is a moment of great satisfaction for him.
The magnificent film is gearing up for its release and is scheduled to hit the silver screens on December 18.
