'Shaandaar' crew consumed 137 espresso shots to stay awake all night for the shooting of the song 'Neend na mujhko aaye'.
The stunning lead pair Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is all set to spread magic with their upcoming flick 'Shaandaar'. Shahid and Alia essay the role of insomniacs in this directorial of Vikas Bahl. During the shoot of the song "Neend na mujhko aaye", the crew members had to take help of some caffeine to stay awake all the night.
Over 100 espresso shots were consumed by the team for the filming of this song that was shot in 4 days. Shahid and Alia took high dose of caffeine for this shooting. The crew of 'Shaandaar' consumed 137 espresso shots to stay awake for the song shoot, as told by close source.
A close source told "The song involved about 60 crew members shooting throughout the night along with the film's star cast. The song is a recreated version of the popular track from the 1958 film 'Post Box 999', Neend na mujhko aaye (picturized on Sunil Dutt and Shakeela.)"
'Shaandaar' hits the screens on October 22.
