Shah Rukh Khan to essay Sahir Ludhianvi in Gustakhiyan

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's forthcoming production venture Gustakhiyan was initially supposed to star Irrfan Khan to play the role of the legendary poet-lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi. But now, here comes an update about change in its star cast.

Bollywood baadshah Shah Rukh Khan will portray Sahir Ludhianvi in the film Gustakhiyan, reportedly. The project will be helmed by debut director Jasmeet Reen.

SRK will next be seen in the film Raees in which he plays bootlegger in Prohibition-hit Gujarat. His upcoming flick Dear Zindagi is nearing its release and he essays mentor to Alia Bhatt in this outing.
