Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming much-talked about venture Padmavati is buzzing the lanes with diverse news updates. The film is one of the most awaited ones of this year. The latest news report stated that the lead stars Deepika Padukone , Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh will soon head to Jaipur for shooting the next schedule of Padmavati .
Deepika will join the team on February 1 and Ranveer will commence shooting for his part from around January 25, as per the buzz. Ranveer will be seen essaying the role of the medieval-era Delhi ruler Alauddin Khilji, who felt in love with the Queen Padmavati. Shahid Kapoor renders the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh of Mewar, who is the husband of the Queen Padmavati. The film is also said to feature Aditi Rao Hydari.
