Shahid Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor shoot in Kashmir for 'Haider'

Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are shooting in Kashmir for their upcoming film 'Haider'. The film is desi adaptation of Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'.

Vishal Bhardwaj 's desi adaptation of the dark comedy by Shakespeare 'Hamlet', is making rounds in the Bollywood news section even prior to its release. And now, B-Town is abuzz with the news that the lead pair of the film, Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are presently shooting in Kashmir.

Bhardwaj left for Kashmir for the shoot and the hot jodi landed in scenic locales of Kashmir now, reportedly. A close source said that 'Haider' will be shot in two schedules in Kashmir. The film will depict Kashmir in two different seasons, one in winter and another in summer. Shahid will be essaying Hamlet in the modern context of Kashmir, added the source. A huge flock of Kashmiri residence gathered near Dal Lake, where the actors are filming certain sequences. Vishal met J & K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and he told him that this movie will narrate the story of period as well as present Kashmir and every character is Kashmiri in this flick.

'Haider' maker Bhardwaj recently finalized Irrfan Khan to play a short yet prominent role in the film.
