'Sholay' to re-release in 3D after 28 years
India's most celebrated film 'Sholay' which was released in 1975 will be re-released again but now in a 3D avatar which will hit the screens very soon.
After 28 years of its release, India's most celebrated bromance tale 'Sholay' will now re-release in 3D avatar. The 3D avatar of this most famous film of India will soon hit the screens and 'Sholay' lovers can enjoy the treat.
According to the sources, more than 150 technicians are working hard to bring the 3D avatar of 'Sholay' since a year. The source also revealed that there were plans to hold the special screening for 'Jai' and 'Veeru' i.e Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra.
The creative artists have designed a special poster of 3D 'Sholay' in which Jai and Veeru are seen on their favorite bike wearing 3D glasses. The media experts are currently busy in developing special and innovative plans for the publicity of this 3D avatar. The source expressed that the main idea behind 'Sholay' being remade in 3D is that to get the new generation acquainted with the most celebrated classic of India. The young generation should know that why 'Sholay' success is still unreachable for any other film.
'Sholay' which was released in 1975 was a multistarer film which featured Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjeev Kumar, Amjad Khan, Hema Malini, Jaya Bhaduri and many others. The film was directed by Ramesh Sippy and written by Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar.
