Shruti Haasan voices an AIDS awareness campaign

After graduating herself as a commercial singer, actress Shruti Haasan will now lend her voice to a digital campaign called TeachAIDS to spread awareness about the deadly disease, especially to the youth.

As per the sources, TeachAIDS is an animated video campaign that will project the valuable information about AIDS, its prevention and precaution in a non-preachy and conversational manner. Shruti being youth icon is quite relatable to them and has also been a trendsetter. Therefore, the makers of TeachAIDS thought of bringing her on the board now to coin the term of AIDS awareness.

Shruti has lent her voiced in three languages English, Telugu and Tamil.
