Siddharth & Arjun To Star In Hindi Remake Of Tamil Film?

It seems Bollywood will never be able to give up on its fascination for successful south Indian stories. Almost every second month, we come to know about a certain south Indian film being remade in Bollywood. And after the stupendous success of the dubbed versions of the Baahubali film series, the trend of remaking and dubbing films from Tamil and Telugu industries might get further fillip. So, the next film which has been picked up for a Hindi remake is Mohan Raja’s Tamil film Thani Oruvan. And buzz has it that Siddharth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor will share the screen space together for the first time in the Hindi remake of Thani Oruvan.
Reports suggest that Siddharth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor will play the lead characters in the remake of the Tamil film, which originally starred Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy. Before seeing its Hindi remake, the Tamil blockbuster has already been remade in Telugu. Reports further suggest that the Hindi version of the film will be helmed by Sabbir Khan , who is currently awaiting the release of his film Munna Michael with Tiger Shroff. Reportedly, Siddharth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor have been approached for the film to play the lead characters. It is not yet clear which actor will play what role.
