Sonakshi Sinha geared up to enter Guinness Book of World Records

On this International Women's Day, Sonakshi Sinha will be performing something special. Sonakshi Sinha will reportedly make an attempt to achieve a Guinness World Record title of "Most people painting their nails simultaneously". She will be joining the women brigade for this.

Sonakshi is more than excited by the thought creating a history by being a part of this. She admits that she has been always competitive by her nature and expects her name to be in the list of Guinness World record. To make the record, a Poland-based cosmetic brand Inglot has joined hands with its Indian franchise partner Major Brands India Pvt Ltd. A range of O2M breathable nail enamels will be highlighted during this event.

Eager to participate in this event, Sonakshi said "I love challenges and I am competitive in a good way, if I participate in something I like to be good at it and do well. I enjoy the process of attempting a task more than anything else. It's such an achievement to set a record and be featured in the Guinness books. There are so many categories and fields where records are broken every year and it makes for a really interesting read, it's something I always enjoyed reading about and now I'm part of one such attempt myself."

The actress talked about some obstacles in her life by saying that "A couple of my challenging moments till date have definitely been getting through fashion school and then jumping from that to being an actor and besides that another challenge was learning mixed martial arts for Akira. It's both physically and mentally challenging. But I'm always up for a task so I won't complain."

The event will take place at Palladium in Mumbai, as per the report.
