Sonakshi Sinha to essay Sarabjit Singh's sister in Subhash Ghai's next?

Subhash Ghai is all set to make a film on late Sarabjit Singh, Indian prisoner in Pakistan and his family back in India. Sonakshi Sinha has been roped in to essay his sister.

Recently, we informed about Shotgun's adorable, Sonakshi Sinha 's secret visit to the 'Showman' Subhash Ghai 's office. This eventually aired the flames about Sona to be starred in Ghai's upcoming venture.

Though Subhash Ghai clearly brushed off the buzz from the roots, stating it as a rumor. However, now the news birdies are flying high with alleged words from Ghai's future project, which co-incidentally has Sonakshi Sinha to be a part of it.

The nation recently went numbed with the news of an Indian named Sarabjit Singh being held as a prisoner, imprisoned in Pakistan from past 22 years. As the nation rose in protest against it and there were chances of him to be released free, a tragic mishap between the local prisoners there proved Sarabjit breathing his last, which was merely unfortunate.

Well now that the tragic has left a strong impact on the frenemy nations mutual relationships, the filmmaker Subhash Ghai has taken a step forward to convert this real incident into reel. Reportedly, Ghai and his team has been working on a script that would focus on the life of Dalbir, the sister of late Sarabjit Sigh who was held prisoner in Pakistan on charges of espionage.

Accordingly, Sonakshi Sinha has been reportedly roped in by Ghai to essay the role of the courageous sister, Dalbir who fought a long battle in a hope to get her younger brother Sarabjit released from the prison. As of now, the search for an actor to essay Sarabjit is still on, as per the sources.

Direction for this so called biopic is to be handled by ad-filmmaker Ishwar Singh Muchla. When contacted Ghai for a confirmation on the above, as usual he denied to comment a statement regards to this, as per the sources. Well, now that the real tragic is all set to yell out on reel , it will surely raise up some eyebrows on the so called friendship shared by both the dignified nations.
