The filmmaker Vipul Shah confirmed this piece of news update by saying "Sonakshi Sinha is the leading lady of Namastey England." Shah also made it clear that Namastey England is not the sequel of his earlier film Namastey London. No other details about Namastey England and Sonakshi's character in it have been disclosed by Shah. The movie is likely to be filmed in Punjab and London.
