Sonam Kapoor campaigns for Water Retention
The Style diva Sonam Kapoor focuses on ethical cause of water conservation though a campaign and also alerts her family, friends and fans about this great purpose.

The fashionista of B-Town, Sonam Kapoor is supporting a gracious cause these days. The actress is calling upon her family, friends and fans to preserve the valuable gift of nature given to us - the water. The campaign is initiated by a radio channel and is a corporate social responsibility which will continue for three months.
In a statement given by Sonam Kapoor , she expressed her thoughts. She suggested using buckets to take bath instead of using showers. Not keeping the taps open with running water may also contribute in conserving water. Similar vigilant steps like these can create a great difference in the water usage of the society, she believes.
The stylish actress added that as water is something without which we cannot exist and hence, we should keep strict check on its usage and must avoid wasting it by any means. We have to focus on water conservation strategies, she tells.
At present, Sonam Kapoor is attending 66th Cannes International Film Festival as a brand ambassador of a beauty product.
