B-Town's stylish, talented actress Sonam Kapoor has been reportedly roped in as the goodwill ambassador of a Mumbai-based NGO, 'Fight Hunger Foundation'. This NGO aims at eradicating malnutrition issue in India.
More than one million children lose their lives owing to issues related to malnutrition in India and many kids can't get appropriate food and clean water, said Sonam. Building productive world with empty stomachs is impossible, added the actress.
Sonam Kapoor even visited the Chota Sion Hospital in Mumbai where one of the project sites of 'Fight Hunger Foundation' is there. It proved a devastating experience for Sonam to see the kids suffering from malnutrition and the actress optimistically stated that it can be prevented easily with everyone's support for combating against this issue.
