Sushant Singh Rajput to combat insomnia with yoga and meditation
Sushant Singh Rajput is trying to combat his insomnia problem with the help of yoga and meditation.
The handsome hunk Sushant Singh Rajput openly confessed about his insomnia problem and the actor is attempting to fight with this health issue. Sushant developed insomnia during the filming of his movie 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!' and the actor's daily routine is being disturbed by this dilemma.
If the reports are to be believed, Bollywood "badshah" Shah Rukh Khan also has insomnia problem and sleeps only for three to four hours in the night. Sushant tried fighting with insomnia with the help of doing gym and exercising like weight training. He also reduced his intake of black coffee. Reportedly, Sushant Singh Rajput will now combat with insomnia with yoga, meditation and relaxation therapy. He underwent fitness regime such as martial arts, Parkour and ATS training. As revealed by a close source "Sushant has been practicing yoga, meditation and few other forms of relaxation techniques to counter his insomnia as he barely sleeps three to four hours every night."
