It’s a known fact that television’s hottest celebrity, Mouni Roy, has some exciting movies in her kitty. While she will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Gold, she has also been roped in for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. But yesterday, news broke out that Mouni will also be seen in megastar Salman Khan’s upcoming film, Dabangg 3. According to a leading daily, Mouni was to play Salman’s love interest from the past and her character was scheduled to show in the flashback sequences. It was also said that the beautiful actress will be seen in a special appearance and will have 15-20 minutes scenes. But before the makers, Mouni came on board and clarified that she is not doing Dabangg 3.
The 32-years-old actress was present at the Mijwan Fashion Show and in a media interaction; she dismissed all the rumours of her being a part of Salman’s next. Refuting all the reports, she said, "Good I am here today. Let me clarify that I am not a part of Dabangg 3."
Though she will not be seen opposite Salman, she has now signed her debut web series, Mehrunissa. The web series will revolve around the love story of Salim and Mehrunissa and will be helmed by Ken Ghosh.
