The first poster of JP Dutta's war drama 'Paltan' out!
With Paltan, Dutta returns to direction after a long gap of 12 years.
Known for films like Border and LOC Kargil, veteran filmmaker JP Dutta is coming up with his latest war-drama film Paltan, the poster of which was unveiled today by popular film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh on his Twitter handle. In the first look poster of the film, we can see gun-toting soldiers of two warring countries set to begin the war. Believe it or not, but the poster sets the right tone for Dutta's film.
Starring Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Arjun Rampal, Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary, Siddhanth Kapoor, Harshvardhan Rane and Luv Sinha, the film went on floors last year and marks the directorial comeback of Dutta after a huge gap of 12 years. He last directed the Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Umrao Jaan in 2006.
The audience is waiting for his next film Paltan with bated breath as he returns to direct a subject he excels at - a war film.
Paltan hits the silver screen on 7th September 2018.
