BollywoodMDB has been updating our readers about the latest news regarding Manoj Bajpai and Siddharth Malhotra starrer Aiyaary. The film was planned to release on January 26, 2018 but now, the release date has been shifted to 9 February, 2018. It is a smart move by the makers as megastar Rajinikanth and superstar Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 is releasing on January 25, 2018. So, it will not be a good idea for any film to compete with such a big budget movie.
2.0 has planned an extensive promotional campaign and is looking to release on a large scale globally with the highest number of screens in India. So, it would have been difficult for Aiyaary to sustain and even find screens for itself. Also, who would want to risk the fate of their own film? The makers have now dropped a new poster along with announcing the new release date. Check it out here:
Aiyaary team has been shooting in Cairo, Bajpai informed the fans about this news and he also tweeted about how they are missing Siddharth on the shoot. The young star was quick to reply how he was in full FOMO mode. The movie also stars Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Bhama Kurup, Kumud Mishra and Shivam Patil among others. The new release date is to 9 February, 2018.
