India is heading towards 21st century and Delhi saw its first underground AC metro. And now, the city of dreams, Mumbai has also got a feather in its hat due to newly inaugurated first AC metro line that will operate from Ghatkopar to Versova in 21 minutes.
Bollywood's young brigade Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt decided to take a fun ride in this new metro and Humpty got on the train along with his dulhania! As Alia had ligament tear recently, she was on crutches, however Varun was there to take care of her. Varun and Alia took the train from Versova and they got off in 10 minutes at the Western Express Highway.
Let's see what Varun and Alia have to say about this metro experience! Alia remembered her days, when she was in London and used to ride the tube there. The actress was excited after taking the ride in Mumbai metro. She also expressed her happiness about the fact that eating inside metro is not allowed in order to keep cleanliness. Varun memorized his college days, when he used to travel from Santacruz. Varun, who was HR college student, is glad to see that people can now travel safely and with comfort. The actor is proud to have metro in Mumbai. The young pair shared some fun moments from their upcoming rom-com ' Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania '.
