Dhruv, son of Tamil superstar Vikram, to debut with Tamil remake of Telugu film ‘Arjun Reddy’!

All fans of Tamil superstar Vikram must be on cloud after hearing the announcement of his son, Dhruv, making his foray into films. Yes, the son of the seasoned actor will soon make his acting debut with the yet-to-be-titled Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. Even Vikram could not contain his excitement and took to social media to share the news. "Dhruv to be Arjun Reddy," the actor posted on Instagram. Dhruva will reprise the role which Telugu megastar Vijay Devarakonda played in the original.

Producer Mukesh Mehta wrote on his Facebook page: "We are extremely happy to share that Dhruva Vikram will be essaying the lead in the Tamil version of Arjun Reddy.

Released on 25th August 2017, Telugu film Arjun Reddy opened to a phenomenal response at the ticket window. Within days of its release, the movie grossed around Rs. 41.5 crores on a budget of Rs. 5 crores. Now, with its Tamil remake, the makers will try to replicate the same success.

To Tamil remake film will be produced by E4 Entertainment.
