Is Bharat Ane Nenu set to beat Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu to become the biggest Telugu blockbuster after Baahubali?

Telugu megastar Mahesh Babu is gearing up for the release of his upcoming big-ticket film, Bharat Ane Nenu. There is huge positive buzz around the film among the fans of the superstar with some even claiming that Bharat Ane Nenu is all set to become the biggest blockbuster of the actor’s career by crossing the lifetime collection of his last release Srimanthudu which had racked up approximately 2.0 billion worldwide and achieved the feat of becoming the third highest grossing Telugu film of all time.

Trade pundits are hopeful that Bharat Ane Nenu will go past the collection of Srimanthudu as it has created humongous pre-release buzz which will ensure that the movie opens big at the ticket window. The film has already earned around 103 crores through pre-release business. While a huge collection is definitely on the cards for the film, it will be interesting to see if it manages to become the biggest blockbuster of Telugu cinema after Baahubali.

Mahesh Babu plays the role of the Chief Minister in the film. It is slated to release on 20th April 2018.
