She is also one of the actors in the south Indian film industries who earns the highest salaries. Even Nayanthara, who has spoken openly about her early experiences with the casting couch, has heard from other performers in the Indian film and television industry. She recently revealed it to the media while speaking with them.
Nayanthara, who most recently appeared in the horror movie Connect, will now co-star with Shah Rukh Khan in the movie Jawan. She married filmmaker Vignesh Shivan last year in a small wedding, and a few months later, the pair welcomed twin boys into the world via surrogacy.
NAYANTHARA DISCUSSED ABOUT HOW SHE PREVIOUSLY APPROACHED FOR FAVOURS
Nayanthara recently discussed how she was previously approached for "favours" if she wanted to land a key role in the movie during a media interview. According to the reports, she claimed that she declined it "boldly" because she was confident in her ability to succeed on the strength of her own abilities.
The 38-year-old actor claimed last month that the ups and downs of her career have taught her a great deal. She stated in an interview with PTI, “There is so much that I have learnt, so much that I have gone through, but it is all been nice. Whatever mistakes I have made, the good and bad phases (I have been through), everything is good now. It is all a learning experience. It is not easy to be in the industry for 18-19 years, but the audience and God has been kind to me. I feel blessed. I don’t know how to put the whole thing together (in words)."
She further said, “If you are honest to your craft, if you do your work well, it works. The audience connects with you, they fall in love with you, they celebrate you, which becomes the biggest joy of life.”

In 2003, the actor made her motion picture debut in the Malayalam film Manassinakkare. She is renowned for her roles in movies like Netrikann, Aramm, Iru Mugan, Ghajini, Raja Rani, and Sri Rama Rajyam.
