Teaser of Prabhas starrer Salaar to be previewed with KGF Chapter 2

Excitement around Prabhas starrer Salaar (2022) has only increased post the emergence of reports stating that the much-awaited film's teaser will be attached with KGF Chapter 2 (2022) and will be previewed in cinemas on April 14.

“The teaser of Salaar has been attached. It is directed by KGF’s director Prashanth Neel and stars Prabhas. The shoot of the film is still pending and this teaser will just give a glimpse into the world of Salaar,” a source close to the project revealed to a leading entertainment portal.

The teaser will give an idea about the grandeur and scale of the film and also prove that despite the debacle of Radhe Shyam, Prabhas will bounce back, first with Adipurush and then with Salaar, the source added. Though there is no official confirmation regarding the same, leading Bollywood news portals are of the opinion that if the teaser has to be attached with KGF 2 prints, the work should have been completed by now.

It is worth noting that the teaser of Saaho (2017) was also attached with the prints of Baahubali 2 (2017), which immensely benefited the former. Following the success of this, it seems the makers are trying to recreate the same this year too by attaching the teaser of Salaar with KGF Chapter 2.

Notably, Salaar also stars Shruti Hassan as the leading lady. The film was initially slated to release on April 14, 2022 but got delayed due to various reasons. The release of the film may be further delayed, as there are reports that the final schedule may take time to finish due to Prabhas’s knee surgery.
