Juhi Chawla, one of the leading ladies of Bollywood in the 1990s, is all set to make a comeback on small screen. According to reports, the gorgeous actress has been roped in for a forthcoming show to be broadcast on EPIC Channel. However, the audience will not be able to see the actress on screen as only her voice will be used in the show. Titled Sharanam, the new show will be a religious travel guide series wherein the actress will do the job of a narrator and presenter. There is no denying the fact that Juhi Chawla is blessed with a beautiful voice. We are sure that she will charm the audience with her voice the same way she does with her glowing face.
Talking about Sharanam, the show will take the viewers to the plethora of religious places and temples across the country. “Through the episodes, the makers will showcase antique sacred places and their importance,” says a source.
Juhi, who was last seen in the film Chalk N Duster, started shooting for the promo of the show on 9th October. Reportedly, the series will consist of 20-25 episodes and run weekly. The show might go on air by the end of November.
