BB 16: Karan Johar is to host the FRIDAY episode this week and not Salman Khan; Know why!

Bigg Boss 16 is becoming more and more entertaining to watch due to the outlandish pranks that Bigg Boss performs and the constantly changing relationships among the contestants inside the house. Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar has been moved to Friday and Saturday for this season. As host Salman Khan quizzes candidates about their performance in the show, it's the most thrilling moment of the week. Celebrities come to the house to promote their movies and have fun, so it's a happy time all around. Salman Khan won't appear in this week's Friday episode, though. Instead, the episode will be hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar.

Karan to step in for Salman Khan in the Shukravaar ka Vaar episode

Salman wouldn't be able to shoot on Friday, according to a source, because of some commitments. To host Bigg Boss 16 Shukravaar Ka Vaar, Bigg Boss OTT host Karan Johar was appointed. On Saturday, Salman will film, and his episode will air that evening. Along with Shekhar Suman's special section, some of it will also air on Sunday, the source continued.

Salman will shoot for the Weekend ka Vaar episode on Saturday

It will be interesting to see how Karan handles the competitors and roasts them on the show since he once hosted "Bigg Boss OTT." Additionally, Shalin Bhanot, Manya Singh, and Sumbul Touqeer Khan are the three nominated contestants for this week. Shalin was shown speaking to Sumbul in the prior episode and blaming Tina for his actions with her. Even though there generally isn't an eviction around Diwali, one of them is about to be eliminated.
