Karan Mehra claims his wife Nisha Rawal had an extramarital affair and physically abused him with her boyfriend

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (2009) actor Karan Mehra accused his estranged wife Nisha Rawal of having an extramarital affair. In addition, he claimed that Rohit Sethia, Nisha's alleged boyfriend, had assaulted him physically.

On Thursday, Karan Mehra held a news conference where he spoke candidly about Nisha Rawal and leveled accusations at her. He also charged that she had further damaged his reputation with her stint in Lock Upp.

Nisha has been residing in Karan's home and using his resources for his legal battles, according to Karan, who claimed that this has happened since their separation. He was quoted saying, “Nisha has been portraying an image of a single mother, doing all alone but she is living in my 4.5 BHK, she has my business and is taking my money and fighting the case. I’m not allowed to go to my own house. I was just given five pairs of clothes in one suitcase, and I roamed in it for nearly 5 months.”

In his own home, Karan said Rohit had physically abused him. When this physical altercation occurred, he revealed that he was still healing from Covid-19. “He physically assaulted me under the pretext of being Nisha’s brother, and on the very same night, they both threatened that they would shoot me and my family,” he added.

For the unaware, Nisha Rawal and Karan Mehra are involved in a domestic argument. Nisha accused Karan of domestic abuse and filed a FIR in May 2021.
