Jennifer Mistry’s Allegations:-

Jennifer Mistry alleges Sohail Ramani psychologically tortured and discontinued her payments. She asserts that he was getting even since she had previously scolded him for acting impolitely towards a woman. She claims that Ramani got even by making the crude statement that performers are beneath producers and shouldn't act like that to showrunners. When her brother died, Asit Modi demanded money from Sohail, and the latter was unhappy about it.

Jennifer's assertions that the 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' set is a male-chauvinistic place have prompted a response from Mandar Chandwadkar. Malav Rajda Supports Jennifer Mistry

The cast of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' refuted Jennifer's claims and charged that she lacked discipline and was anxious for employment. She was charged with acting abusively. Malav Rajda, the show's former director, defended the actress in response to this. He refuted every allegation made by the producers about Jennifer's behaviour on the shoot.

Monika Bhadoriya Left The Show:-

In 2019, Monika Bhadoriya, formerly known as Bawri, left 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.' The actress admitted that she had a negative experience with the show's filming and detailed numerous instances of the producers acting abusively towards the cast members. The manufacturers failed to pay her dues for more than a year after she left. She stated that it was in the range of Rs 4–5 lakhs.

Monika reveals that her mother spent the night in the hospital while receiving cancer treatment. Even if she wasn't feeling well, the producers would still make her report to the sets. They stated that because she is paid, she must appear on set regardless of who is admitted to the hospital. According to her, Asit Modi believes that he is God.

According to Monika Bhadoriya, after her mother died away, she did not go to the sets until she received a call on the seventh day asking her to come to the sets the next day. They were aware that Monika was not in the appropriate state of mind, but they did not share her worries.
