The new Instagram picture of global icon Priyanka Chopra has left followers mighty concerned. The actress, who has been filming for her new Amazon Prime show Citadel, shared a photo of her injured face on social media, which went viral in no time. While some of it appears to be make-up, the actor may have also been injured during the shoot.
She asked her fans if they were having a difficult day at work when she shared the picture. Some of her followers mistook her caption for an injury on set, while others wondered if she was posing with makeup on. She can be seen dressed in a black shirt with blue eyeshadow.
Blood marks are visible under her nose, on her lips, and on her chin. Sharing the picture, she wrote, “Did you have a tough day at work as well? #actorslife #citadel #adayinthelife agbofilms amazonstudios.”
Last week, Priyanka returned to work on the sets of Citadel. Citadel is a spy series produced by the Russo Brothers, starring Priyanka Chopra and Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden. The show's Indian adaptation will be released later. Raj and DK of The Family Man (2018) fame will direct the Indian series.
Priyanka’s schedule on the show began shortly after she and Nick Jonas welcomed their first child home. Malti was born premature and spent almost 100 days in the NICU, according to the couple.
Priyanka has a number of other projects in the works in addition to Citadel, including Text For You, Jee Le Zara, and The Ending Thing.
