Sohum Shah wraps up filming Maharani 2
Apart from Soham Shah, Maharani 2 also stars Huma Qureshi in the lead role.
National Award-winning actor Sohum Shah, who won rave reviews for his excellent performance as Bheema Bharti in SonyLIV’s web series Maharani, has wrapped up filming for the second season of the much-loved show.
Confirming the same, Shah said in a statement, "After the success of the first season of Maharani there was so much anticipation surrounding the next season and we went all out to ensure we kept up to the expectations. The new season will see my character Bheema Bharati take a very different turn from season 1. The writing, the dialogues, and the plot twists- everything is more powerful and I can’t wait to see how the audience reacts to this avatar of Bheema".
The actor has been sharing some interesting updates ever since he started shooting for Maharani 2. Recently, he took to his social media and shared a reel in which he was seen in a completely new look for the show. He wrote in the caption, “Shades of me and my beard. Kaisa laga naya look?”
Sohum Shah has an exciting line-up as an actor and a producer. In addition to Maharani 2, he will also be seen in the feature film Sanaa, Tiger Baby’s Dahaad, his production venture, and his ten-film horror anthology.
