Bachchan Pandey to release on March 18; new posters out

Akshay Kumar took to Twitter and shared the two new posters for Bachchan Pandey along with its release date. After much delay due to the pandemic, his much-awaited film will hit theatres on March 18.

Akshay wrote, "Action, Comedy, Romance, Drama, L-O-A-D-I-N-G this Holi! # SajidNadiadwala's # BachchanPandey will be released in theatres on March 18, 2022.”

He also shared the posters of the film. In the first picture, he is seen in his character look, wearing a black shirt and red pancha. The superstar is carrying a backpack which is filled with weapons.

In the second poster, Akshay is seen on a truck’s bonnet, wearing a shirt-jacket and black dhoti while he holds a gun in the air. The truck is loaded with his background goons waving weapons.

Apart from Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon, Bachchan Pandey also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Snehal Daabbi, Pankaj Tripathi, Prateik Babbar, Abhimanyu Singh, and Saharsh Kumar Shukla. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

In an interview, Kriti Sanon shared her experience of working with Akshay. She said, "He’s constantly having fun and likes people to also have fun. We would play games like Tambola and all, and even the people who were serving food there, the people from the hotel, would join in. He’s like a people person. He likes involving everyone who’s there, whether it’s a costume person, makeup person, or anyone on set. He brings people together, and that’s amazing.”
