Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is enjoying the success of his most recent film, 'Pathaan', which last year shattered a number of box office records. Fans praised the superstar's performance in the action movie, but it seems Pakistani actor Yasir Hussain was not pleased. For those who don't know, Yasir is a popular humorous actor from Pakistan who also writes screenplays and hosts television shows. He was ‘The After Moon Show's’ Hum TV host. He’s also well-known for his role as the antagonist in the 2018 social drama ‘Baandi’.

Yasir Hussain Criticizes Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’
Yasir Hussain provided his critique of the movie on Instagram stories. He noted: “Agar aap Mission Impossible 1 bhi dekh chukey hain toh Shah Rukh Khan ki Pathaan aap ko aik story less video game se zyada kuch nahi lagy gi.” His review was published at the same moment as Pathaan, which had been playing in theatres for more than 50 days, had its OTT debut.
Social media users responded to Yasir Hussain's post in various ways. Others charged the Pakistani actor with being envious of the movie's success, while some complimented him for speaking his thoughts.

Pathaan’s Success
The high-octane action ‘Pathaan’ dethroned the massively successful second installment of the ‘Baahubali’ franchise's Hindi adaptation earlier this month. Shah Rukh Khan's movie broke box office records by earning Rs 1,048 crores worldwide, making it the most successful Hindi-language film ever. On a well-known OTT platform, the movie is currently streaming. Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham star in Siddharth Anand's action thriller, which also features Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana in key parts. Tiger also had a cameo from superstar Salman Khan. The spy universe of YRF Film includes Pathaan. According to rumours, SRK will make a brief cameo appearance in ‘Tiger 3’.
