Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, a movie starring Rani Mukerji, hasn't performed very well at the box office. The movie is rarely contributing any money to its overall box office earnings. Ashima Chibber's film received mixed reviews from critics and viewers. It hasn't been able to draw audiences into theatres. On Day 4, Ms. Chhatterjee vs. Norway barely made Rs 1 crore.

Box Office Collection Day 4

Day 1 revenue for Ms. Chatterjee Vs. Norway was Rs. 1.27 crore. The movie brought in Rs 2.50 crore on Day 2, bringing its total to Rs 3.77 crore. Day 3, March 19, saw an increase of Rs 3 crore in sales. The movie's performance drastically declined on Day 4, when it barely made Rs 1 crore. As a result, the total domestic box office revenue is currently Rs 7.42 crore. These aren't particularly high figures. On Monday, March 20, Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway had an overall occupancy rate of 8.92% in Hindi.

Yet, Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, which has a local setting, had the highest opening ever for a Hindi movie in Norway, according to Box Office India. The report suggested, "The previous record was Raees but that was set over five days while the three day record was Bajrangi Bhaijaan which Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway comfortably beat.”

In the poignant drama Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway, a mother battles a whole nation to win custody of her kids. The film's cast also includes Anirban Bhattacharya and Jim Sarbh. On March 17, it made its theatrical debut under the direction of Ashima Chibber. The movie is based on the book The Journey of a Mother by Sagarika Chakraborty, a woman whose children were taken away from her by the Norwegian Childcare system (Barnevernet) in 2011.
