Four Days Box-Office Collection of 'Baby'
Extended Republic day weekend proved advantageous to Neeraj Pandey's 'Baby', by making it earn voluminous chunk at the box-office in its first four days
Year 2015 kick started on a slow speed with the disastrous 'Tevar' and blow the average 'Alone'. However, Neeraj Pandey's film 'Baby' became the booster garnering great reviews from the critics and keeping the box-office at the buzz throughout its four days long weekend.
Set in patriotic frame, the makers of 'Baby' took the smart choice of releasing it on the extended Republic weekend which readily contributed to its collection. On Friday, the film registered 9.30 Cr, while the Saturday collection was listed to 11.17 Cr. The collection graph was at the peak on Sunday with 15.60 Cr and Monday being the Republic day leave, 14.90 Cr was credited to the collection. Thus, the overall domestic collection of 'Baby' resulted in 50.97 Cr, while the overseas collection accounted 2.10 Cr.
The worldwide box-office business of Akshay Kumar starrer 'Baby' of the opening four days accounts to 53.07 Cr.
