Simran does not witness a rise in numbers at the box-office!

Kangana Ranaut’s latest release Simran that was touted to be a special film by the actress garnered a mixed response from the critics as well as the audience. The initial look of the film created a hype and a lot of buzz around the film which in turn raised expectations. But, the movie could not largely impress the masses. The movie remained low during its first weekend which is a crucial period for any film to rake in big numbers.

The film made Rs. 2.77 crores on its opening Friday, followed by Rs. 3.76 crores on Saturday, and Rs. 4.12 crores on Sunday. The movie further raked in Rs. 1.41 crores on Monday. Hence, the total collection stands at Rs. 12.06 crores at the domestic markets.
